Its ground state conceived to consist nanodomains spatially separated from each other defect phase. present study, probing the local structure around Ni and Ti compositions ${\mathrm{Ni}}_{50+x}{\mathrm{Ti}}_{50\ensuremath{-}x}$, identifies that responsible for inhibiting long range ordering elastic vector leading formation
